Top Data Science is a Helsinki-based AI consultancy specialising in machine learning and computer vision solutions. Since 2016, they have delivered over 100 AI solutions across industries, helping enterprises and global partners harness artificial intelligence for innovation and efficiency.
Following a full brand refresh, the old website no longer reflected the company’s premium positioning or communicated its capabilities effectively.
The site’s UX, visual identity, and SEO foundations needed to be rebuilt to support marketing, sales, and partner communications.
The new website had to:
Create a visually aligned experience matching the updated brand identity.
Improve user experience and ease of navigation for decision-makers.
Increase inbound inquiries from enterprise prospects.

We approached the project in three phases to ensure both brand alignment and long-term scalability:
UX & Design
We began with workshops and wireframes to align business goals with user needs. A modern, clean visual style was designed to match the refreshed brand, supported by tailored photography and iconography. Usability testing was conducted to validate clarity for enterprise decision-makers.
Development
The site was built on WordPress using flexible, modular components that allow for easy updates without coding. Performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and responsive design were prioritised to ensure the site functions flawlessly across devices. Integrations with analytics, lead capture, and marketing tools were added to support sales and communication.
Ongoing Growth
Beyond launch, we established a growth framework including continuous SEO improvements, monthly technical maintenance, and updates to support new campaigns and content. The site was structured for scalability, ensuring it can grow alongside the company’s evolving needs.
