About Henrico

Henrico Digital was founded in 2019 to provide services to companies seeking digital and ICT experts for their own teams and temporary project needs. In 2021, StaffPoint Group, one of Finland’s largest personnel service companies, acquired Henrico’s business. Together with StaffPoint, Henrico continues to offer expanded opportunities for companies looking for experts, as well as for professionals seeking freelance or permanent roles.

Challenges

In the autumn of 2021, Henrico renewed its brand guidelines and required a new digital presence that would align with its refreshed brand and meet the operational demands of modern recruitment.

The old website was outdated, lacked technical flexibility, and didn’t clearly communicate the breadth of services offered to both employers and ICT/Digital professionals. It was also cumbersome to update time-sensitive recruitment content — a critical weakness in their industry.

The project goals were to:

  • Translate the new brand identity into a high-impact, mobile-optimised website.

  • Create an easy-to-update platform for job postings and recruitment content.

  • Showcase services clearly to two different audiences: companies and professionals.

  • Integrate marketing tools and analytics for performance tracking.

Implementation

We approached the project in three phases to ensure both brand alignment and long-term scalability:

  • UX & Design
    Developed a clean, responsive design aligned with Henrico’s updated brand guidelines. The visual language was modernised to reflect their professional, technology-driven identity.

  • Development
    Built the site on WordPress with a user-friendly CMS, allowing Henrico’s team to quickly update job postings and recruitment content without technical barriers.

  • Integrations & Growth
    Added marketing tool integrations, analytics, and optimised navigation for dual audiences (employers and candidates), ensuring that both groups could easily find relevant information.
